How Do Enrich Credits Work?

Short answer

Territory Enrich Credits are consumed when you run Enrich & Update—typically about one credit per contact enriched—and your plan refreshes a monthly allowance for data enrichment.

Enrichment pricing stays separate from export credits: data credits for appending details, contact credits for pulling territories. Check your balance before a large enrich run, and buy additional enrichment credits only when the outreach needs names or phones. Keep lists organized in Territory so you enrich the right segment once.

When credits are used

 • Only on Enrich & Update — browsing, drawing, and viewing contacts are free.
 • Per contact enriched — selecting 50 contacts uses up to 50 enrich credits.
 • Shown before you confirm — the app displays your balance so there are no surprises.

Managing your balance

 • Each plan includes a monthly enrich allowance that resets each period.
 • Enrich only the segment you’re about to work to stretch credits further.
 • Check remaining balance under Settings → Plan and Usage History.

FAQ

Are enrich credits the same as export credits?

No. Export credits pull/export leads; enrich credits add owner and contact details. They’re tracked separately.

What happens if I run out?

You can still work your existing contacts; you just can’t enrich more until your plan renews or you add a booster.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits refresh each billing period. Check current terms under Settings → Plan.

Where can I see what I’ve used?

Settings → Usage History logs every enrich and export balance change.
