How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed annually and show the effective monthly rate. Starter is $660/yr, Pro is $1,320/yr, and Team is $2,148/yr. You can switch billing cadence when you renew.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Starter, Pro, and Team as seats or volume needs change. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period. Exports you have already run are yours to keep.
Can I add extra seats?
Yes. Extra seats are billed at +$15/mo on Starter, +$18/mo on Pro, and +$22/mo on Team. Add seats anytime and we prorate the remainder of your period.
How do enrichment credits work?
Credits are spent only on the records you choose to enrich, so you never burn volume on contacts your crew will not work. Annual billing includes the yearly credit totals listed on each plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset each billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards. Enterprise agreements can be invoiced with net terms through our sales team.
Where does the contact data come from?
Territory pairs property and parcel geography with contact enrichment, so the list you export reflects the area you actually drew.
Can I export to my CRM?
Starter includes CSV export. Pro and Team add CRM export for a cleaner handoff into your sales stack.
How does Enterprise work?
Tell us about markets, seat count, and compliance needs. We put together a custom package — no self-serve checkout.
Is my data secure?
Your territories, lists, and exports are private to your workspace. Enterprise plans add a security and procurement review.
